Lamoille Family Center — Early Intervention
Early Intervention for families with children ages birth to three who are experiencing developmental delays or have a diagnosed medical condition that puts them at risk for developing a developmental delay. Services are delivered through a family-centered, coordinated system and may include speech and language therapy, vision and audiology testing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, specialized developmental education and more.

Please contact the CHK Program Directors if you live in a different school district not listed, and they can help you make a referral to your local school district’s ECSE team for a screening or developmental evaluation.
